The EGO General Directorate Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Department Turkey has released a tender for constructing Solar Power Plant (Ges).
The tender was released on July 13, 2023 and the date and time for the last bidding is set to August 7, 2023.
The construction work of the Solar Power Plant (GES) Installation will be tendered by the open tender method in accordance with Article 4734 of the Public Procurement Law No. 19, and the bids will only be received electronically via EKAP.
The document released says that one unit of solar power plant (GES) installation (construction work) will be carried out in the duration of 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days from the delivery of the place and the work will be started by delivering the place within 10 days from the date of signing the contract.
In order to participate in the tender, the bidders must declare the required documents and information about the qualification criteria and non-price elements within the scope of their e-bids.
According to the relevance of the bidders to the officers in the management, the information regarding the shareholders and partnership ratios (except for the shares offered to the public)/members/founders is taken from EKAP by the administration. Offer letter, temporary guarantee will be as per the administrative specifications.
A subcontractor may be employed in the work subject to the tender with the approval of the administration. However, not all of the work can be outsourced to subcontractors.
The most economically advantageous offer will be determined solely on the basis of price. The tender is open to all domestic and foreign tenderers.
Bidders will submit their bids on a turnkey lump sum basis. Upon the result of the tender, a turnkey lump sum contract will be signed with the tenderer.
Bidders shall provide a provisional security in an amount to be determined by them, not less than 3% of the price they offer.
As a consortium, no bid can be made for the tender. Also, a Limit Value Coefficient (N) to be Applied in the Tender. However, bidders quoting below the limit value will be asked for clarification in accordance with Article 38.
