Omani power company, Solar Wadi, and the Arab Open University have signed a deal regarding solar photovoltaic (PV) agreements. The agreement was inked by Mohamed Al-Badi, President of the Arab Open University, and Mustafa Al-Hinai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Solar Wadi Company.
Under the agreement, Solar Wadi will undertake the installation of solar photovoltaic systems, leveraging innovative technologies to provide clean and renewable energy solutions to the facilities and operations of the Arab Open University Oman.
Expressing their delight at the Solar Wadi and Arab Open Univeristy partnership, representatives from Solar Wadi and Arab Open University Oman underscored their commitment to driving positive change through sustainable initiatives. The collaboration not only underscores the shared vision for a greener future but also reflects the dedication of both organizations to contribute to Oman’s sustainable development goals.
The ink was signed in the presence of Rahma bint Ibrahim Al-Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, during the Oman Sustainability Week held at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat.
