A roadshow is being organised in Dubai by Pakistan to lure investors for a 600 MWp solar power PV project. The PV project is set up at Kot Addu (Muzaffargarh) and is being supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The occasion will see a good turnout with key energy players, international financial institutions, major Multi- National Companies (MNCs), investment banks, equipment suppliers, contractors, private investors, government functionaries and other players from the renewable energy sector marking their presence. The Middle Eastern region is said to participate proactively at the event.
The Private Power & Infrastructure of Pakistan proposed the Roadshow in Dubai, which will see presence of delegates from the Government of Pakistan, Jameel Ahmad, Governor State Bank of Pakistan Waseem Mukhtar Chairman NEPRA, Shah Jahan Mirza, Managing Director PPIB and Rihan Akhtar Chief Executive Officer, CPPA-G.
