Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025 will take place from January 12 to 18 in Abu Dhabi, hosted under the patronage of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. The event will bring together global leaders to discuss pathways for advancing sustainable development and socioeconomic progress.
The theme for this year’s event is “The Nexus of Next: Supercharging Sustainable Progress.” It will emphasize how advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), combined with energy solutions and human expertise, can accelerate the global transition to a sustainable economy. The discussions will highlight the potential for a $10 trillion global economic transformation through sustainable innovations.
The event aims to create connections between policymakers, business leaders, and civil society to promote actionable strategies for sustainability. It will address global challenges by exploring how trends like the rise of emerging markets, the transformation of energy systems, and AI growth can drive socioeconomic and environmental improvements.
ADSW 2025 will include various sessions, forums, and networking events designed to foster collaboration and advance sustainable progress. Confirmed partners for this edition include Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Mubadala, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), TotalEnergies, HSBC, and several other organizations involved in energy, technology, and finance sectors.
